Anchorage’s premier car show!

Hosted together by the AAMA and the Midnight Sun Street Rod Association (MSSRA). The show is always scheduled for the first Sunday in August at the west end of the Delaney Park Strip.

One big change for 2022 is a $10 cash fee per car entered. MSSRA has deemed this necessary due to the rising cost of the permit and facilities, as well as decreased sponsorship for the event. One-half of the fees collected will be donated to the Project Healing Waters Charity, an organization dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military personnel and disabled veterans, through fly-fishing and related activities.

All car clubs and auto aficionados, as well as the general public, are invited to attend. Although the show starts at 9:00am, there will be AAMA members arriving as early as 7:30am to begin setting up. Coffee will be provided for the working early birds.

Two or three food trucks are anticipated, but the AAMA will have hot dogs, soft drinks, and water for our members and their guests. Please bring a salad or chips or dessert to share.
